I’m Billie-Jean (BJ) Sandiford, an ICF-accredited coach, educator, author and speaker. I also hold an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, where I studied how organisations implement systems and change and what determines whether people trust, adopt, and thrive through disruption.
I have worked in organisations where changes have been implemented and rounds of redundancy have happened. My focus is on how you feel when change happens around you and you feel powerless to combat or adapt to the changes.
