Why BJ Sandiford?

 I’m Billie-Jean (BJ) Sandiford, an ICF-accredited coach, educator, author and speaker. I also hold an MSc in Organisational Behaviour, where I studied how organisations implement systems and change  and what determines whether people trust, adopt, and thrive through disruption. 


I have worked in organisations where changes have been implemented and rounds of redundancy have happened. My focus is on how you feel when change happens around you and you feel powerless to combat or adapt to the changes.


My approach blends calm coaching with organisational insight, so you can make future-fit decisions that work in real life.

A single, high-impact 60-minute session for when you need clarity quickly. We’ll stabilise the situation, identify your smartest immediate moves, and create a short action plan you can start this week without panic applications.

Best for: restructure/redundancy worry, role change, confidence dip, or when you’re stuck between “stay or go.”
You’ll leave with: a clear next step + 3–5 actions for the next 7 days.



2.  Future-Fit Career Reset (5 sessions) (investment £795)

Five 50-minute coaching sessions to help you become employable, confident, and strategic as work evolves. We’ll complete your role/task audit, strengthen your future-fit value story, refine your CV/LinkedIn messaging (guidance — you make the edits), and build a focused plan for your next move.

Best for: a full reset when you want clarity + direction + follow-through.
You’ll leave with: a future-fit plan you can trust, a clearer career narrative, and a decision framework so you choose well, not fast.
